Service is soooo mindbogglingly slow. It takes ages for any simple action. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always like this. Avoid this place

The woman who served me at the post office was rude. She cut me off halfway through me explaining why I was there, didn't give clear instructions as to what she wanted me to do, and then got annoyed with me when I couldn't clearly hear her as she was talking too quickly and quietly. Improve your customer service skills please.

Extremely disrespectful staff. I came here today for a return, and the lady working there was very unprofessional. She demanded I open the package and then rudely pressured me to hurry up, even though the store was busy and she was the only one on duty. I’ve encountered her several times, and her attitude is consistently bad. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, not like a nuisance.

I live half way between this post office and the Holloway Road one. I have always preferred the one on Holloway Road as they are much friendlier. Today I visited the this one and I was rudely told dogs are no longer allowed so I’ll be sticking to the Holloway Road one from now on. Popping to the post office while walking the dog is such a common thing to do. It’s a very odd policy.
